Exceptional B&B in tranquil location with very welcoming hosts. A tranquil location overlooking the river. The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished. The hosts could not have been more welcoming. Lovely breakfast!
Spectacular location. Wonderful building at the confluence of two rivers, superbly and sympathetically modernised. Steven and Mary couldn’t have been more accommodating either, stay was a delight.
Tout était parfait! Une maison magnifiquement restaurée dans un cadre superbe au bord de l’eau. Un couple sympathique, et un très bon petit déjeuner
Great find! We felt very well looked after here, the owners were very attentive whilst at the same time knew just when we wanted space to ourselves. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast simple but fresh each morning. Coffee brilliant. Hosts could not have been more accommodating, great value will be visiting again
Late at night we knocked on the door and was greeted by Steve. We had not booked, but he welcomed us with open arms. We were supposed to stay for one night but stretched it to three as Steve and Mary made us feel at home.
The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable with a view to the beautiful Vienne River and the actual B&B building was do full of charm and history.
We even had dinner in their back yard which was right on the river bank and of course a beautiful wine complimented the evening!
Breakfast was fantastic and the background music beautiful.
I cannot thank Mary and Steve enough for being such great hosts and I look forward to an ongoing friendship as we plan to buy a house in the area now!
